Ignoring the material of the dress in the first image, the following looks are what I predict my City Slickers trend to roughly feature.
Black, leather jackets, waistcoats. Metallic dresses, skirts etc.
All-black clothing, leather shoulder pads/features, chrome jewellery/accessories.
Textured clothing - tassles, leather, latex, fur. Sultry, sophisticated make up - red lips, dark eyes.
